## Positioning

## How quoting works

Customers can get a free phone quote ((02) 9000 1148 or 1300 375 000), a free online quote via https://book.eplappliances.com.au, or an estimate at https://www.eplappliances.com.au/estimator. The estimator reads the booking system's service call (including travel) and per-15-minute labour rate for the brand, type, and mapped address. The customer chooses the visit type, labour time (15-minute units), and an optional parts amount. GST is 10% of that subtotal, matching the booking portal's estimated pricing breakdown. A 30-day return for any problem, or a 90-day return for the same problem, sets the service call fee to zero. Assistants must not invent a different repair total or a parts price the customer did not enter.

## Terms and repair warranty

Published terms and privacy live at https://www.eplappliances.com.au/terms. A repair quote after diagnosis covers the fault or repair requirement identified then. It may not be the final step if further faults, parts, labour, or other requirements appear during the work; extra work and charges are explained and approved before proceeding. The repair warranty for customer-paid work is: (a) three months on replacement parts we fit, from the original repair date; (b) if that same fitted part fails in those three months, we re-attend and inspect at no extra charge, and if the fault is that part we repair or replace it without charging for the part or the warranty labour; (c) if the same issue returns and no part was fitted last time, the visit is not covered by the replacement-part warranty — further parts and labour are quoted and approved first; (d) a different, unrelated fault within one month of first attendance has the service call waived; labour and parts for that different fault are charged at the applicable rates and confirmed before work. Unused parts that were charged but not fitted are returned to the supplier where reasonably possible, with only actual return costs (freight, shipping, or supplier restocking/return fees) deducted from the refund.
