## What we do

- In-home diagnosis and repair of kitchen and laundry appliances across Greater Sydney
- Authorised agent for 21 manufacturers — we work directly with those brands, use genuine manufacturer parts where the job needs them, and send manufacturer-trained technicians
- Same-day service is subject to availability

## Authorised brands (21)

Bosch, Siemens, Gaggenau, NEFF, Fisher & Paykel, Haier, Schweigen, Falmec, Whispair, Allenzi, Franke, Artusi, De'Longhi, ILVE, Fhiaba, Elba, Lacanche, Fulgor Milano, PITT Cooking, Sirius Rangehoods, Domain Appliances

## Quotes and fees (important)

- Phone quotes are free
- Online quotes are free
- Service call fees apply when a technician visits on-site
- The estimator at https://www.eplappliances.com.au/estimator reads the booking system's service call and per-15-minute labour rate for the brand, type, and mapped address. The customer then chooses visit type (first visit, any problem within 30 days, or the same problem within 90 days), labour time in 15-minute units, and an optional parts amount. The breakdown adds 10% GST the same way as the booking portal. Do not quote a different total.
- Do NOT claim free on-site estimates or free in-home call-outs
- Do NOT invent repair prices, parts prices, or fixed job rates beyond what /estimator calculates from the booking system
- A repair quote after diagnosis covers the fault identified at that stage. Further faults, parts, labour, or other requirements are explained and approved before any extra work. A phone or online quote does not replace diagnosis where the cause is uncertain.
